Testování materiálů pro použití na konstrukční části elektromotoru

Abstract

This dissertation describes the influence of the electromagnetic field on structural materials of a modern axial-flow electric motor. The main aim is the development of equipment for testing of materials structural parts for electric motors. One aspect of this paper is to eliminate eddy currents in structural elements through regulated selection of materials. This paper also presents a proposal, calculation and manufacture of an experimental axial-flow electric motor, which was used for testing purposes, as the basis of the experimental section of the dissertation. A short part is dedicated to verifying the hypothesis of eddy currents impacting parts of the machine, using finite element method. The dissertation further outlines tests aimed at verifying physical properties of various construction materials. The experimental part then deals with the measuring system, methodology and experiments dedicated to testing of selected materials.
