Abstract

This thesis is focused on competences and decision-making of municipalities with extended competency as agency of state hunting administration according to law about hunting n. 449/2001 digest in actual public service system. The thesis briefly discuss about hunting law history development in the Czech regions since medieval office of chief hunter till the actual structure of public service system. Describes and specifies in detail the main ideas of hunting law and analysis competences of municipalities with extended competency according to law about hunting n. 449/2001 digest about hunting. In detail describes some of the most published decisions of agency of state hunting administration whereas the focus is rated on decisions published in introduction of hunting district according to law about hunting. Modifies and analyses problems and applies the interpretation of temporary provision § 69 law n. 449/2001 digest about hunting in mention of hunting district in the unity with law of agency of state hunting administration, regional authorities, the Ministry of Agriculture and courts. On the presented facts of decisions which are mentioned in the thesis like the Highest Administrative Tribunal, the Constitutional Court and the Highest court form the specific cases which are pivotal for the correct understanding of the specific provision of the hunting law. In the conclusion I present my own results and a set of possibilities and modifications for quality provision during decision-making of municipalities with extended competency as agency of state hunting administration into the future.
