Zavedení systému řízení neshodných výstupů z elektrotechnické výroby

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design and implementation of a nonconforming output management system in the environment of electrical manufacturing. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state of the nonconformity resolution process in a selected company, identify its shortcomings, and propose an optimized solution that will lead to more effective prevention, recording, and elimination of nonconforming outputs. The theoretical part presents key methods and tools for managing nonconforming outputs, with particular emphasis on root cause analysis procedures. The practical part includes a description of the company, a detailed analysis of the initial state of nonconforming output management, and the subsequent design of a new system based on standardized procedures and improved record-keeping. The thesis also includes verification of the proposed solution in practice. The final part evaluates the effectiveness of the newly implemented system based on a comparison of the state before and after implementation. The evaluation shows improvements in the monitoring of nonconformities, a reduction in their resolution time, and a higher success rate in preventing recurring nonconforming outputs.
