Abstract

The bachelor thesis is being focused on planning of cellarles free-standing two floor family house for four family members with planned building construction and heating installation with gas condensing boiler. This thesis will be used as planning documentation for building authority to issue final building approval.Construction part is being planned in the way to achieve the lowest possible heat loss of the building during standard occupancy conditions. As a main heat source will be used gas condensing boiler with built in water tank and with forced water circulation in closed circuit radiators.The entire heating system, including the heat source, is designed to be inexpensive to operate and maintain, easy to control and meet all user comfort. In bachelor thesis, the evaluation of the heat source was proceed. Also the calculation of the safety valve, the determination of the heat demand and hot water, the assessment of the circulating pumps, the assessment of the expansion vessel of the gas boiler, the calculation of the heat losses of the building for the design of radiators were performed. The family house is designed to meet all the user requirements for comfortable living at the present time and according to the latest trends in modern construction, taking into account the rules of the building office and neighboring buildings.
