Spolupráce těžební organizace se samosprávou obcí dotčených těžbou

Abstract

V předložené práci, je zpracována forma spolupráce těžební organizace, konkrétně povrchového dolu Bílina, s jednotlivými obcemi. V první části je popsána vlastní historie dobývacích prostor na Bílinsku. V další části jsou popsány jednotlivé obce, které se svým katastrem přibližují k dobývacímu prostoru, nebo jsou jeho součástí. U obcí je obsažena stručná charakteristika a historie. Další část popisuje spolupráci uhelné společnosti s jednotlivými obcemi, a je zde popsána legislativa dobývání, dle jednotlivých zákonů. Na závěr je v práci obsažena charakteristika této spolupráce a její výhody.

In the present thesis has been processed the cooperation of a mining company, namely open-pit mine called Bílina, with individual municipalities. The first section describes the history of its own mining area near Bílina. The next section describes the different communities that are closer to their mining cadastre, or the are part of it. By villages it contains their brief description and history. The next part describes the collaboration of coal companies with individual municipalities, and legislation conquest has been described, according individual laws. Finally, the thesis contains characteristics of this cooperation and its benefits.
