Abstract
The objective of my master´s thesis was supported by the theoretical knowledge to analyze of the process of recruitmnet and selection of employees in IDS – Inženýrské a dopravní stavby Olomouc a.s. I also evaluated the current phasses of the process and on this basis I suggested possible propositions and recommendations for improvements. The content of the master thesis is divided into two main parts. In the first theoretical part I focused on the theoretical bases of recruitment and selection of employees. The practical part is divided into two sub-chapters. In the first chapter of the practical part I briefly described the organization. The second chapter is devoted to the analysis of the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the organization. I have conducted a questionnaire survey and in the end I suggested steps for possible improvements.
