Mobbing, skrytá hrozba podnikové kultury

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with mobbing - the relatively new phenomenon in a company environment. The thesis will lead us through origins of mobbing, people that are affected by mobbing, phases of its evolution and impact of the company culture on the mobbing appearance. Nowadays mobbing arises thanks to the increasing aggression and stress in the society, economic situation and unemployment. The thesis warns of danger which mobbing represents, tries to contribute to the public awareness of it and shows signs of it and how to defend against it. It also introduces the negative impacts of mobbing for the company, possible legal defense and ways of stopping the mobbing spreading.
