Abstract

Aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current learning and development system of a selected firm. Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical part and a practical one. Theoretical part explains basic conecepts of learning and development. Practical part contains characteristics of the chosen firm, processes and methods that the firm uses and recommendations. The conclusions allow the selected firm to improve the learning and development system.
