Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je návrh stavebně technologického projektu domu služeb - projekt pro provedení stavby. Diplomová práce řeší stavební a technologickou část objektu, s posouzením a vyhodnocením tepelně technických vlastností konstrukcí. Projektová dokumentace zahrnuje stavební výkresy, technický popis objektu, předpis technologické části (konstrukce základů) a tepelně technické posouzení obvodových konstrukcí v souladu s platnými normami a zákony. Dům služeb je projektován jako třípodlažní prefabrikovaná skeletová konstrukce, která je částečně podsklepena a zastřešena plochou střechou.

The content of the thesis is to design a building and technological project - a project for building construction. This thesis addresses the construction of a technological object to the assessment and evaluation of the thermal properties of structures. Project documentation includes construction drawings, technical description, prescription technological parts (design basis) and technical assessment of the thermal building envelope in accordance with the applicable standards and laws. House service is designed as a three-storey prefabricated skeleton construction, which is partly cellar and a flat roof.
