Vznik defektů při kalibraci ocelových bezešvých trubek do čtyřhranného profilu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis describes the production of seamless steel tubes of circular and square profile in the Tube Rolling Mill in Třinecké železárny, a.s. and defines their parameters according to ČSN EN 10210-2. In the experimental part, the radius of curvature, bulging and convexity are studied on twelve samples. The microstructure of the base material and the critical points of the quadrilateral, which are the corners, is studied on four samples of S355 steel. The resulting findings are the dependence of the radius of repose and wall thickness on the radius of repose of the round tube, defects at the critical quadrilateral locations and microstructure.
