Abstract

The diploma thesis first describes the theoretical context of the work design, which is based on the vision, goals and strategy of the company. It also provides basic approaches to it and various research methods. It creates the basics of knowledge that is used and applied to HI Software Development s.r.o., in order to create a proposal of more efficient work design. This was achieved by examining the individual work characteristics, evaluating them and comparing them with possible influences and outcomes.
