Přenosné zařízení pro měření provozních veličin v průmyslu

Abstract

This master thesis deals with construction of independent, portable device for measuring operating parameters focusing on monitoring vibration and temperature of electric motor including saving and visualization of measured data. The thesis introduction contains analysis of transmission of measured parameters in automatization, theory of vibration and temperature and available sensors. Standards were studied for understanding those measurements. The next section of the thesis contains an experimental part which describes requirements, hardware design and realization and software design and implementation. Raspberry PI platform was chosen as control of all programs. Hardware part represents description of all parts which are control platform, designed shield for extending functionality of RPi, service and indication elements and device case. The following part describes software implementation for control of service and indication elements and the actual program for measuring operating parameters. Based on different technological requirements different types of visualization were designed. Testing of fnal device was done in industrial environment. The conclusion of the thesis discusses evaluation and ideas for innovation.
