Abstract

The thesis deals with the issue of electric vehicle network. There is not only the history and current developing trends in the world, but also the effort of car manufacturers to increasethe interest in electric cars with the schema_dspacedb. The theoretical part focuses on the progress of the new trends referring to particular automobile companies and their attempts to produce their own electric cars. It also offers a brief characteristics of the prototype representatives, including the automobiles which were produced in the past. The new technologies, materials and operational knowledge are described as well. The practical part contains a suggestion of possible changes and developing directions for the brand called "Student Car". This part is based on the analysis and materials which have been gained from available sources and experience.
