Analýza skladování zásob v podniku

Abstract

The works is focused on analysis of stock centering on lowering of the afforementioned, using ABC analysis and solution design to improve the company's current situation. In theoretical part, I have focused on defining of key concepts (e.g. logistics, stock, ABC analysis and trasportation). In second part, I have presented the company, including it's economical development for the past five years. In practical part, I have - using current state and ABC method - designed a way of improvement. The works ends with comparison of current and projected values, including further recommendation for stock administration.
