Abstract
The theme of this master's thesis is to evaluate a competitiveness of a small business. The competitiveness of Emonix energy s. r. o. was analyzed by selected analytical methods. On the basis of the results from the analyzes a set of recommendations was proposed. It mainly focuses on the most critical areas of the company whose implementation could lead to strengthening the ability of the company to compete in a competitive environment.
