Abstract

The thesis deals with the motivation of employees in a particular organization, namely the analysis of employee motivation in Sfinx Holešov, which is part of a large food company in the name of Nestlé Česko, Ltd. The First, theoretical, part is focused on the motivation and its outputs in professional literature, while the practical part analyzes the current state of the process of motivation in Sfinx Holešov. The Main concern of this part is the analysis of the motivation program in the organization, which was developed based on internal company materials and a questionnaire survey. 45 employees have taken part on the survey and at this moment they`re participating in a complex company program Total Performance Management. The evaluation and detailed analysis of the questionnaires revealed problematic areas in process of employee motivation and proposals for their solution were given. The goal of the proposals is to increase the productivity and activity in the organization and to ensure higher satisfaction of employees.
