Trh práce a politika zaměstnanosti v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is not only to discover a situation of employment market in Moravian-Silesian Region and outline its future progress as well as to familiarize with the functioning of employment policy and to suggest possible precautions that would improve current situation of this employment market. Bachelor´s thesis is divided in two parts – theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part defined basic terms referring of labour market and employment policy. The practical part is focused on particular development of employment market of the period 2010 – 2011 and evaluation instruments of employment policy. At the close of the bachelor´s thesis are suggested precautions to improvement situation of employment market in the Moravian-Silesian Region.
