Stavební úpravy tělocvičny při ZŠ Těrlicko

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření variantních návrhů studií na stavební úpravy tělocvičny při ZŠ Těrlicko. Návrhy stavebních úprav jsou řešeny s ohledem na stávající stav stavby, správné umístění případné přístavby, požadavky na okolní prostředí a celkové začlenění do území. V rámci práce jsou zpracovány dvě varianty. Jedna vybraná varianta je důkladněji řešena z hlediska dopravy a parkování, vnitřního prostředí budovy, technické infrastruktury a nákladů na případnou realizaci. Dále je zpracováno řešení odpadového hospodářství, veřejné zeleně a komunikací pro pěší. Součástí práce jsou přílohy fotodokumentace současného stavu a rozpis aktuálního využití.

The goal of my thesis is to propose several options of architecture studies for modifications of the gymnasium at the Elementary School Těrlicko. The proposals are solved with respect to the current condition of the building, suitable position of possible additional building, requirements for the surrounding and overall fitting into the area. Within my thesis, I have prepared two alternatives. First selected option works in more details with transportation and parking space, the inside of the house, technical infrastructure and the costs needed for possible realization. Further on, there is a solution prepared for waste management, public green areas and pathways. Photo documentation of the current condition, together with interpretation are a part of the thesis, forming its attachments.
