Abstract
The thesis is divided into seven chapters including introduction and conclusion. In the theoretical part the author deals with defining corporate culture, CSR, including the scope of its activities and impact on economic performance of the company. Based on the theoretical part is processed practical part, which is focused on the characteristics of the CEZ, its corporate culture and is also asocial responsibility to the organization selected organizations with a focus on the Foundation of CEZ. The aim of this thesis is to prove that the concept of CSR is linked to corporate culture and has an impact on economic results of selected organizations, company CEZ. The work also aims to capture the current trends in CSR reporting in selected countries and is focused on industries that most published CSR reports.
