Space management v oblasti správy budov

Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je Space management aplikovaný v praktické části na obecní úřad v obci Skotnice. Práce se dělí do dvou hlavních kapitol, kterými jsou praktická a teoretická část. V teoretické části je řešen vztah Facility managementu a Space manegementu. Je zde definován samotný Space management, dále pak pracovní prostředí a jednotlivé prostory administrativního pracoviště. Nedílnou součástí je rozbor normativní problematiky ČSN EN 15 221 – 6. V poslední kapitole teoretické části je zmíněna softwarová podpora, konkrétněji pak aplikace ARCHIBUS. V praktické části jsou tyto teoretické východiska využity při aplikaci normy ČSN 15 221 – 6 a to při výměře jednotlivých ploch v normě definovaných, na budovu obecního úřadu v obci Skotnice. Dále jsou navrženy dispoziční změny, navržen nový orientační systém.

The content of the bachelor thesis is Space management which is applied in a practical part of the municipal office in the village called Skotnice. The thesis is divided into two main chapters - practical and theoretical. The theoretical part writes about relationship between Facility Management and Space manegement. It is defined Space management, as well as the working environment and individual areas of the administrative department. An integral part of the analysis of normative issues CSN EN 15221 - 6. In the last chapter of the theoretical part is mentioned software support, and more specifically ARCHIBUS applications. In the practical part, the theoretical basis used for the application of the standard CSN EN 15 221-6 and in the area of individual areas defined in the standard, the building of the municipal office in Skotnice. Furthermore, it includes layout changes, proposed a new information system.
