Optimalizace materiálových vlastností železničních kol

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje optimalizaci materiálových vlastností pro výrobu železničních kol. Zabývá se aspekty, které ovlivňují výsledné hodnoty mechanických vlastností. Teoretická část je zaměřena na technologii výroby a tepelné zpracování železničních kol. Popisuje výrobu od vstupního materiálu až po proměření kola laserem. V závěru teoretické části je popsáno tepelné zpracování železničních kol. Praktická část se věnuje chemickému složení materiálu a režimu tepelného zpracování, následnému vyhodnocení získaných mechanických hodnot, které byly dosaženy vlivem změny vstupního materiálu a optimalizací režimu tepelného zpracování.

This thesis focuses on the optimization of material properties for the production of railway wheels. It deals with issues that affect the resulting mechanical properties. Theoretical part is focused on the technology of manufacture and heat treatment of railway wheels. It describes the production of input material to the measurement wheel laser. Heat treatment of railway wheels is described at the end of theoretical section. The practical part is devoted to the chemical composition of the material and heat treatment regime, the subsequent evaluation of the obtained mechanical values that were achieved due to changes in input material and optimizing treatment regime.
