Abstract

The object of this bachelor thesis is the proposition of technological process and drop forging equipment for „flange pipe“. The work is focused on way of the proposition of the forging shape, dividing plane and machining allowance. Next part is about the proposition of the optimal die cavity shape and subsequent verification with the numerical forging simulation. The aim of work is practical verification of experiment results with the forging examination implementation and subsequent controlled cooling forgings heat treatment.
