Návrh postupu tepelného zpracování šroubárenských ocelí v Třineckých železárnách, a.s.

Abstract

This work addresses the problem of the optimal setting of the soft annealing process with the guarantee of the spheroidization structure in the endothermic atmosphere for the surface treated wire by pickling. It analyses the basic reactions occurring in the furnace atmosphere and describes the possibilities of setting and implementing temperature cycles under annealing process conditions. It also discusses the final evaluation in terms of surface decarburization, carburization and microstructure. The result is a procedure how it is possible to set the technological parameters in the annealing of pickled wire in the conditions of the TŘINECKÉ ŽELEZÁRNY, a. s. organization (hereinafter referred to as TŽ, a.s.).
