Územní studie lokality „Z52“ v Těrlicku

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit variantní návrhy studií zástavby vybrané lokality „Z52“ v Těrlicku. Návrh je řešen s ohledem na správné umístění výstavby, požadavky na okolní prostředí a celkové začlenění do území. Práce se zabývá třemi variantami, přičemž jedna varianta je následně rozpracovaná o podrobnější řešení dopravy a technické infrastruktury. Mimo jiné se zabývá řešením odpadového hospodářství, veřejné zeleně, komunikací pro pěší a rozmístění parkovacích míst. Součástí práce jsou přílohy fotodokumentace současného stavu, mobiliáře vytvořené varianty a propočet nákladů varianty.

The aim of the thesis is to develop alternative proposals for pilot projects within the build-up area of the selected site “Z52” in Těrlicko. The proposal is designed with respect to the correct location of the building, with respect to the requirements of the Environment, and overall integration into the territory. The paper deals with three alternatives, whereas one of those alternatives is further described in more details, as to the solution of transport and technical infrastructure. Among other things, the thesis deals with the waste management, public green areas, roads and pavements, and the layout of parking spaces. One part of the thesis are attachments – which are photos of the current condition of the site, a project of the presented alternative and a calculation of the costs for this alternative.
