Zdieľaná doprava so zameraním na alternatívne taxislužby

Abstract

The thesis examines shared mobility with a focus on alternative taxi services in the Czech Republic. Its aim is to describe their functioning, economic impacts, and legal framework, including the status of digital platforms and drivers. The work combines theoretical analysis, a comparison of the platforms Uber, Bolt and Liftago, an economic comparison of prices and performance, and an original user survey. It also includes an analysis of relevant case law. The conclusion presents proposals for regulatory adjustments, stronger consumer protection, and more effective integration of shared mobility into urban transport systems.
