Zhodnocení působnosti a zabezpečení činnosti vybraného stavebního úřadu

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis deals with problems of building authorities in the Czech republic within the delegated competence of the state administration. The aim of this work is to present and summarize information about the way of financing the building authorities through a contribution for the delegated powers. There is no tracking of use of the contribution. The Ministry of Interior annualy publish a methodology for the calculation of the state administration contribution. The theoretical part describes the public administration in the conditions of regions, the capital of Prague and the municipalities, describes the history of the building authorities in the territory of the Czech republic. The practical part deals with the agenda of a specific building office in the village Háj ve Slezsku, provides more detailed information about the village and its parts and analyzes the way of distribution of funds in connection with the provided contribution for the delegated powers. The conclusion of this thesis summarizes the development of the given contribution, which changes in the individual years of the monitored period in line with the level of competences, which were done. The results found show that despite the increasing tendency of the provided contribution, the financial amounts are insufficient to ensure the smooth running of the building office.
