Analýza nákladů výroby tekutého kovu a jejich predikce ve slévárně DSB EURO, s.r.o.

Abstract

In the foundry DSB EURO s.r.o. was performed cost analysis for production of liquid metal on fivetonnes electric arc furnace. The analysis was based on informations from individual melting papers and prices of assessed components and energy, which are used in steel production. As a whole 205 steel melts of grade GS20Mn5 were evaluted. The main aim of this diploma paper was to assess the whole melting process primarily in terms of cost. In the case detection of the cost of reserves propose possible measures and contribute this way to cost reduction in the foundry.
