Abstract

The subject of this thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building with civic amenities. The project documentation is prepared at the construction stage according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by amendment No. 62/2013 Coll. on the documentation of buildings [1]. An integral content of the diploma thesis is the thermal technical assessment of perimeter and internal structures, the energy label of the building envelope according to ČSN 730540-2 (2011) [2] and static design and calculation of a reinforced concrete staircase.
