Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the competitiveness of the company Jelinek - furniture production Ltd. The aim of the thesis is selected by means of methods to assess the competitiveness of the company Jelinek and propose measures to improve the situation in the company. The whole work is divided into five parts, including introduction and conclusion. The second chapter contains a methodology concepts of competition and competitiveness, competitive advantage, company environment and selected methods of evaluating competitiveness. The third chapter is first introduced by Jelinek, then chapter continues the analysis of the competitive environment and competitiveness, based on methods described in the second chapter. The fourth chapter analyzes the findings of selected methods and measures designed to improve the situation in the company.
