Srovnání regulace a dozoru finančních trhů v České republice a ve vybraných zemích

Abstract

Thesis "Comparison of financial markets regulation and supervision in the Czech Republic and the selected countries" in its introductory section deals with the characterization and classification of financial markets and explaining the concepts of regulation and supervision, and consequently the development of regulation and supervision, reasons for regulation and supervision and control systems as well as classifications and supervision. The aim is to compare the regulation and supervision in the Czech Republic and selected countries. Furthermore, it analyzes the situation in selected countries including the Czech Republic and in the end, these situations are compared.
