Znevýhodněné skupiny osob na trhu práce v ČR

Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the situation of disadvantaged groups of people who themselves are unable to resolve their position in the labor market. These persons require assistance from the state which helps them to find employment by active employment policy. Only 6 groups of people are in work who are supported by the state. The first part purposes to theoretical knowledge of the labor market and unemployment. The second part describes the individual disadvantaged groups of people and they are practically assessed according their present condition. The last part is focused on supporting vulnerable people who, for example, can participate in various projects offered by state.
