Zhodnocení ziskovosti vybrané investice

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení ziskovosti investice při vybraných způsobech financování. Je porovnávána investice financována leasingem s dalšími způsoby financování. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. V první části jsou popsány hlavní pojmy a činnosti, které souvisejí s investičním procesem. Je klasifikována investice. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé fáze investičního procesu, rozdílné investiční strategie a také charakterizovány varianty financování investičních projektů. Druhá část bakalářské práce je věnována metodám hodnocení investičních projektů. Praktická část obsahuje popis společnosti. Jsou zde stanoveny peněžní toky a náklady kapitálu. Dále je hodnocena ziskovost investičního projektu pro různé varianty financování, které jsou následně porovnány. Na konci praktické části je provedena citlivosti analýza čisté současné hodnoty na změnu struktury financování.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is profitability evaluation of the investment project for selected variants of financing. It compares the profitability of investment financed by leasing and other financing variants. The bachelor thesis is divided into three main parts. In the first part are described main terms and activities which are associated with investment process. Investment projects are classified. In this part are also described the individual phases of the investment process, different investment strategies and also there are characterized variants of financing of investment projects. The second part of this bachelor thesis contains descriptions of methods for investment projects evaluation. The application part contains description of company. There are cash flows and costs of capital. The profitability of the investment is evaluated for various variants of financing, which are compared after calculation described. At the end of application part the sensitivity analysis of net present value criterion for change of investment finance structure.
