Problematika evakuace osob z kulturních zařízení

Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku evakuace osob z kulturních zařízení. Práce je dělena do čtyř hlavních částí. V první z nich jsou uvedeny faktory komplikující průběh evakuace osob. Druhá část řeší dobu evakuace osob a je doplněna praktickým pokusem. Třetí část se zabývá současným stavem požární ochrany v kinech s ohledem na bezpečnou evakuaci osob, upozorňuje na rozpor vůči právním nebo normativním předpisům a navrhuje opatření, jak těmto chybám předcházet, popřípadě snížit jejich negativní vliv. Poslední část se věnuje problematice evakuace osob s omezenou schopností pohybu, v rámci které byly provedeny praktické experimenty simulující pohyb.

My thesis addresses the issue of evacuation of Public assembly buildings. It is dividend into four main parts. The first of these are the factors complicating the course of the evacuation. The second part concentrates on evacuation of people and is supplemented with practical experiment. The third part deals with the current state of fire safety in cinemas considering safe evacuation and draws attention to the contradiction to legal or normative regulations. There I also propose arrangements to prevent these errors or reduce their negative impact. The last part deals with the issues of evacuation of persons with reduced mobility, in terms of which I have carried out practical experiments simulating their movement.
