Analýza možností zlepšování interních auditů v oblasti zkoušení

Abstract

This thesis focuses on analysing possible options for improving the process of internal auditing, particularly in the field of testing. The aim of the study was to analyze the internal audit system within the department of Metallurgical and chemical laboratories and to provide suggestions for its improvement. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the definitions of terms, internal audit issues and the EU's approach to the quality assurance system. The practical part of the thesis focuses on assessing directives on internal auditing in relation to the standard ČSN EN ISO 19011:2011. Finally, audit results from Metallurgical and chemical laboratories have been evaluated and possibilities of the improvement have been proposed.
