Abstract

The degree work summarizes the results of the investigation in the field of the cost management which was done in the selected economic centres in the company UXA Ltd. The preamble of the degree work is devoted to the theoretical knowledge in the field of the cost accounting and foundry running. It is followed by the company profile, process of the cast production, process of the costing itself and creation of the new standards of the work consumption as well. At the closing part of the work the attention is fixed on evaluation and recommendation which emerged from the resolution to the degree work. The aim of this degree work is to display the running of the cost management of the foundry process and to determine some possible solution to the improvement of the process.
