Měření spokojenosti zákazníků prodejny potravin

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to accomplish customer satisfaction measurement of food store Rynek in Ostrava and then to submit proposals and recommendations that would result to increased customer satisfaction. In solving the problem was used method of mouth questioning in front of the store and the subsequent analysis of the data. In this analysis, among others, the positional map was formed. Using the map characteristics of the satisfaction at whose improvement lead of store should focus primarily was identified. The final result is concrete proposals and recommendations leading to increased customer satisfaction in the store.
