Optimalizace procesu

Abstract

The topic of my thesis is „Optimalization of a process“. The main aim of my thesis has been to propose optimal transportational conditions and optimal number of railway tanks necessary to the transportation of the main production assortment of the company with goal the lowering of the company costs. In the practical part I have compiled the logistic solution of transportation not only so that the goods ordered by a customer was transported as effectively as possible to the place arranged in advance and in right quality but also by an appropriate mean of transport. Found out facts give evidence about the conveniency of the solution of transportation process optimalization not only for the transport of the main product of the company but also for other products to be sold and for materials purchased by BC MCHZ.
