Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the performance and financing of the registry office in the conditions of the statutory city of Opava for the period from 2013 to 2017. The data are processed using a comparative analysis, during which the technical and economic performance of the registry office in the statutory city of Opava was evaluated for the monitored period. Economic performance was divided into economic performance by existing funding, ie in the form of a state contribution to maturity and economic performance for a model case that involves funding for the Opava Registry Office according to the first-time records performed in individual years of the reference period. The main result is the finding that the technical performance of the Opava Registry Office slightly decreased in the period under review and the registry office funding in the statutory town of Opava would be a more advantageous model example, ie a contribution for one act - the first-time record.
