Abstract

This bachelor thesis is, as the name suggests, about transaction of entrepreneurs in Czech Republic. The first chapter of theoretical part is devoted to basic facts needed to understand the topic. You’ll read here about critical issue regarding on commercial law in general, specifically it defines the concept of business and entrepreneur. Here doesn’t missing definition of natural and legal persons too. Additionally, the chapter discusses personal action of entrepreneurs. I followed only bodies, which are describing in Czech Commercial code. The second chapter deals with the acts of entrepreneurs on behalf on, targets with current issues, as legal representation, representations by proxy or commercial representation. There are also described specific courses of action, namely before formation of company, acts of insurance surveyor and insolvency curator as described in the Czech law. In the last chapter I have focused on examination of the acting in a particular company, I found some problems and I proposed method of solution.
