Zdravotní pojištění v České Republice

Abstract

Cílem práce je představení problematiky zdravotního pojištění, jeho fungování a také srovnání vybraných zdravotních pojišťoven. Teoretická východiska zdravotního pojištění jsou rozdělena do skupin podle toho o jakého plátce či poplatníka se jedná. Práce je zaměřena také na fungování zdravotního pojištění jako například otázky regulačních poplatků, principy Evropské unie ve zdravotním pojištění, přeplatky a pokutami. Vybrané zdravotní pojišťovny jsou srovnávány z hlediska příspěvkových programů, které nabízí pro své klienty. Každý příspěvkový program má své vyhodnocení, v němž je uvedeno, která zdravotní pojišťovna se umístila v dané kategorii nejlépe a která nejhůře.

The goal of this work is the introduction of the issue of health insurance, its functioning and also the comparison of selected health insurance companies. Theoretical solvents of health insurance are divided into the groups depending on the sort of a taxpayer. The thesis is also focused on the functioning of the health insurance such are for example questions of regulation fees, the European Union principles in the health insurance, overpayments and fines. Selected health insurance companies are compared in terms of contribution programmes that they offer to their clients. Every contribution programme has its evaluation where state which health insurance company obtained the best and the worst place in particular category.
