dc.description.abstractPoužití statistických veličin pro hodnocení očekávaných škod na majetku s sebou nese často nepřesnosti plynoucích z konstrukce samotných statistických ukazatelů, ty jsou totiž obvykle založeny na průměrných statických veličinách. Kvantifi kace rizika pomocí těchto ukazatelů je proto sice možná a pro některé účely je také efektivní, avšak pro účely ochrany obyvatelstva není plně využitelná. V článku jsou proto diskutovány alternativní ukazatele, které je možné využít pro účely rizikových analýz.cs
dc.description.abstract-enUsage of the statistical indicators for the purposes of expected damage estimation is more often than not influenced by errors resulting from the construction the statistical indicators themselves - they are usually based on averaged values. Quantification of the risk using these indicators is then possible (and for some purposes even effective) but limited if applied for purposes of civil protection. The article discuses alternative indicators which is possible to use in risk analysis.cs
