Abstract

My degree work deals with solution and proposition engineering facilities building infant school and youth leisure centre in the low-energy standard. It is a blueprint of inside and outside sanitation, inside water supply and gas, including a concept of extension-line for building services. This thesis also tries to find a solution for a method of heating including design of Dimensioning of the generator for given object. Proposed sanitation for this object is gravitational from the pipeline PVC KG, HT. The internal pipeline is made of steel curtain wall pipe. The inside pipeline is designed from pipe PP-R for better comfort hot water with circulation pipes. Hot water is solved by pushdown (stack) heater hot water on the volume of 185 litres, which will be fomented by the main source of heat the object – heat pump IVT GREENLINE HE E14 – ground/water (two natural drilling depth 117m). Heating the object will be the floor with equithermal regulation. The total calculated heat loss of an object is Qc = 12,86 kW. Unit of measure, the calculated annual energy consumption of the object shall be 56,0 kWh/m2 a year. The energy performance of buidings EP is 55,35 GJ/a year. The object falls into the class of the energy performance of buildings – B – saving. The proposed object, it meets the requirements ČSN 73 05 40 a ČSN EN ISO 13 790.
