Abstract
The topic of the bachelor thesis is focused on the design of marketing communication of a local furniture manufacturer. The purpose is to evaluate the current situation in the use of communication tools and to suggest new approaches for more effective communication activities. The goal of the design is to attract new potential customers. The research was performed using a questioning method, where the attitudes of potential customers towards the local manufacturer and its communication channels were investigated. The results showed that consumers have a high awareness of the manufacturer and its values. They search for information about furniture on web browsers and spend their time on social media. Based on these results, a design was created. The content included recommendations for the website, things the company should work on, and recommendations for social media content and ads.
