Hospodaření obcí Mikroregionu Nový Dvůr

Abstract

The submitted thesis deals with the management of municipalities in mikroregion Nový Dvůr (MND). The goal of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the cost fields of respective municipalities in the period from 2005 to 2009, which are orientated to the aim of its foundation. The evaluation is performed by the one inhabitant. Costs related to the field of transportation are performed by 1 km2. Partial goal is the comparison of MND management and determination of representation regarding chosen expense fields with respect to the mikroregion Nový Dvůr. In accordance with defined goals, two hypotheses should be reviewed. First hypothesis of the diploma thesis includes the fact that the costs related to the education and transportation should be included in the greatest expense municipalities fields. Second hypothesis of the diploma includes the fact that the costs related to the education and to protection of the environment should be included in the greatest expense municipalities fields. The theoretical part of submitted diploma thesis includes the management of teritorially self-governing unit and forms of the cooperation with respective municipalities Practical part of the diplomathesis is devided to two parts. The first practical part describes the character of municipalities in MND and the municipality Skoronice, Vlkoš, Milotice, Vacenovice, Svatobořice – Mistřín, Ratíškovice. Second practical part focus on particular cost fields as such the field of transportation, the education, culture and Church, physical training and spare-time activity and municipalities protection of environmet.
