Abstract

This diploma's thesis is focused on the security project of an international football match in the context of soft target protection. The theoretical part deals with the issue of soft targets, comparison with hard targets and basic rules for the protection of soft targets. The practical part describes the existing soft target, security elements at a multifunctional stadium, including security diagnostics. This section also summarizes the sources of threats and deals with the prediction of attack methods, including its localization. This diploma's thesis includes an assessment of the threat of a soft target and a risk assessment process including risk verification and a recommended procedure for increasing the security of a soft target, an international football match.
