Abstract
The diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of economic and technical effectiveness of selected primary schools of Olomouc region, established by municipalities with population from 1000 to 2000 in the period from 2014 to 2018. The technical, economic and qualitative parameters of selected primary schools were evaluated. Technical efficiency was estimated on the basis of two models, which analyze selected schools within the selected inputs and outputs. Three hypotheses were said to meet the target of thesis. From the results of the technical efficiency estimation, it could be said that higher inefficiencies were achieved in the case f Model A.
