Financování Národního památkového ústavu a jeho dopady na konkrétní objekt

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the study on impacts of NPÚ on a specific object. In order to evaluate this topic a questionnaire was created, which was available at SZ Milotice in 2019. The results showed that a castle´s events are positively evaluated by visitors while NPÚ´s events usually have negative evaluation. The only exception was the key to the monuments, but this aplication suffered from multiple technical issues. Castle's economical management was analyzed by SWOT analysis. Results were compared with internal documents for the last three years. The last year 2020 is only partially mentioned due to the lockdown caused by the pandemic. The penultimate chapter is engaged in proposing measures which could increase the revenue of the organization. The last chapter deals with a subsidies which often remain unspent and the application the Key to Monuments, which did not meet its expectations and had to be canceled in 2021. At the same time, this application was supposed to motivate visitors to visit castles under the NPÚ and promised 6 free entries.
