Abstract
The theme of this thesis is customer satisfaction measurement with conference Shopexpo. Shopexpo is conference focused on e-commerce and it was firstly realized in 2015. The aim of the thesis was to detect satisfaction of visitors with this conference. Another aim was to determine what the visiotors liked, missed or disliked. The research was conducted with online survey, when the participants received email with link for the questionnaire. Gathered data were analysed and on the basis of the research results were suggested some recommendations and proposals, which could help improve the next year of the conference.
