Abstract

The goal of thesis “Business Plan – The Expansion of a Company Abroad” is processing of specific business plan for a wedding photographer Zuzana Žlabová and an evaluation of a business plan. The main goal of the business is providing photographic services into United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland market. The first part of thesis covers theoretically defined meaning and structure of the business plan. Second part focuses on a business growth and its activity on the Czech market. The next, main part, is creating business plan and market analysis, as well as completion analysis, creating marketing plan, financial plan, implementation plan and risk evaluation. Finally, the plan evaluation and recommendation of acceptance or denial is done.
