Abstract

This Master thesis deals with the preparation of project documentation for the implementation of the construction entitled “New Building of Fire Station”. It is prepared at the level of documentation for construction implementation according to DECREE No. 405/2017 Coll., on building documentation, amending Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on building documentation, as amended by Decree No. 62/2013 Coll., and Decree No. 169/2016 Coll., on determining the scope of documents required for the award of public works contract and the scope of inventory of works, supplies and services with the bill of quantities.

This Master thesis is based on a proposal that was prepared in the school year of 2024/2025, the winter and summer term of the first year of the Master studies in Project I and II under the supervision of Ing. Filip Čmiel, Ph.D., at the same time the Documentation for Building Permit was prepared in Project I.

The Master thesis consists of two parts – text part and drawing documentation. The text part includes a title page, introduction, main text part and annexes. The drawing part is prepared at the level of the construction implementation documentation, part D.1.1 Architectural and construction solution. The Master thesis is prepared in the study program: N0732A260013 – Civil engineering – Civil and industrial engineering.
